They live in my heart now.
The light yellow Dragon is named Appu (Japanese for “Up”)
The dark green Dragon is named Daun (Japanese for “Down”)
I see them as Brother Dragons.
They are twins of different colors.
They each live only because of the other.
Together they are “Balance”
Neither is good and neither is bad.
It’s like a teeter-totter… one side is up and the
other down, but neither is better than the other.
This is not about “right” needing “wrong” or “black”
needing “white” but that we each just exist
because of the other.
We must remove the judgement and remove our
personal labels and our competitive thoughts
and just be a part of the balance
With internal balance between Brother Dragons
comes unconditional healing and love
Find the imbalance and adjust it and you will find health
