Unfelt Breeze

Look through the trees at vertical shadows, dull browns mixed with bright yellows and greens, with a bright blue sky poking through above.

Nothing moves. But that is deceiving. Somehow, the smell of cedar is drifting without being felt. Leaves hanging above move ever-so-slightly in this unfelt breeze, as well.

What else is not observable with human senses? What else cannot be seen or heard or felt? How much of what is sensed is actually not based on senses, but on our own unique experiences and perspectives?

There is truly only a fraction of this world that is directly observable, and then only a fraction of that, that is understandable.

Most of the time, as human, we are all so unaware that we survive purely on the assumptions made about a world we cannot actually sense.
